Find YouTube sponsor leads for creator talent agencies
Build a tool for agencies that sell sponsorship deals to brands. It checks new videos from the YouTube channels they follow, spots the brands sponsoring them, and gives the agency a list of new brands to contact.
The hard part: landing the first agency client and keeping sponsor spotting accurate across very different channels and description styles.
Who pays
The buyers are creator talent agencies that now pay someone to watch videos and note the sponsors. Our proposal is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee to keep the tool running and add new channels. This pricing is only a suggestion. The source reports hours saved, not what the agency paid.
How to build it
Collect the channels to watch
Ask the agency which creators in their niche they follow and add those channels to a YouTube playlist. The workflow reads this list, so the team can add channels without touching anything else.
Pull new videos on a schedule
Build an n8n workflow that runs every day and uses YouTube's official data feed to fetch each new video's title and description from the listed channels.
Flag sponsor mentions with AI
Send the descriptions to Claude in batches of 5 rather than one at a time. For each video, ask whether it is sponsored, which brand is the sponsor, and how confident Claude is.
Send brands to a review queue
Have n8n add each detected sponsor to an Airtable base with the brand, video link, and confidence score. The agency's assistant then approves or rejects each one with a click.
Keep contact finding human
Have a person find the right contact at each approved brand on LinkedIn or the brand's website. The poster removed automatic contact lookup because Apollo and Hunter often returned the wrong emails.
Push approved leads into outreach
Once a contact is added, have n8n send the approved lead into the agency's live Instantly email campaign.

_kamsyed reports building an n8n workflow for a talent agency that has watched over 4,500 YouTube videos and saved over 250+ hours, which is the poster's own claim. The poster says the first run found 36 channels, 1,013 videos and 474 sponsored videos, with an average sponsorship confidence of 94%. The poster removed automatic contact lookup because Apollo/Hunter often returned the wrong emails, and now keeps that step manual.
