Turn busy founders' scripts into AI videos of themselves
Offer a tool that turns a person's written scripts into short videos using their own face and voice. Founders, small online brand owners and people with day jobs who post educational videos pay monthly so they can keep posting.
The hard part: making videos that look and sound enough like each customer that they will post them, and finding users one demo call at a time.
Who pays
People who post informative videos but can't find time to film and edit pay a monthly fee for the videos the tool makes. The poster reports charging $49 a month and signing their first 10 paying users through 15-minute demo calls. They also say the same workflow grew their own Instagram account and brought in $15k in brand deals.
How to build it
Make videos for yourself first
Write a batch of scripts and turn them into reels of yourself using an AI avatar and voice-clone service like HeyGen or ElevenLabs. Post them so you have your own feed to show people.
Build a simple script-to-video app
Use Claude Code to build a web app on Vercel where a customer records a short sample of their face and voice, then pastes scripts. Store accounts and finished videos in Supabase.
Tidy scripts before making videos
Have Claude shorten each script into a reel-length version with a strong first line before it goes to the video service.
Pick 10 people from your feed
Look for founders, small online brand owners and people with day jobs who post informative videos but post less and less. Skip full-time creators.
Demo it on a short call
Get on a 15-minute call, show the tool and let them try it with one of their own scripts.
Charge a monthly plan
Send a Stripe Payment Link for the monthly plan at the end of the call.

Chinmay4o says a workflow that made reels from their written scripts with their own face and voice grew their Instagram account past 300k followers, 10 million combined views and 20k comments, and earned $15k from brand deals. These are the poster's own figures. That workflow became GrowthCamel, and the poster says they got their first 10 users by picking founders, D2C brand owners and people with day jobs from their own feeds, doing 15-minute demo calls, and charging $49 a month for the generated videos.
