Turn your sales call questions into FAQ pages

Record every sales call and pull out each question buyers ask and the answer your salesperson gives. Publish those answers as FAQ sections and blog posts so buyers find them on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT.

The hard part: publishing useful answers week after week and competing with bigger sites that answer the same questions.

Who pays

This is a marketing method for a business that already holds sales calls. It earns by bringing in buyers who find your answers when they search Google or ask an AI tool about your product. The poster credits it, along with other steps, for better AI search results but reports no revenue. You could also run this as a monthly service for other businesses, but any price for that is only a suggestion.

How to build it

  1. Record and transcribe every sales call

Turn on recording and transcripts in Zoom or Google Meet, or use a note-taker like Fireflies, so every sales call produces a text transcript.

  2. Split calls into questions and answers

Use Claude Code to build a small automation that sends each new transcript to Claude. Have it pull out every question the lead asked and the answer the salesperson gave, then add each pair as a row in a Google Sheet.

  3. Add the answers to your blog

Each week, have someone go through the Sheet and add the answers as FAQs on related blog posts. When a question is new, write a post that answers it.

  4. Mark up your FAQs and pricing

Ask Claude to write schema markup, hidden labels that tell Google which parts of a page are questions, answers, and prices. In Webflow or Framer, paste it in as custom code.

  5. Add an llms.txt file

Have AI help you write an llms.txt file, a plain text file on your site that gives AI tools the key facts and answers about your company. The poster says this takes about 25 minutes.

  6. Publish comparison and best-of posts

Write well-made list posts like 'best tools for X' and 'tool A vs tool B' that answer what buyers search for before they choose.

ShubhAgrawal26 says Valley's AI search performance has been working well and credits four things. One is a Claude Code automation that splits every sales call into questions from leads and answers from the salesperson, sends them to a Google Sheet, and has an intern add them to blogs as FAQs. The poster also used an llms.txt file, which they say takes 'like 25 mins' with AI, plus pricing and FAQ schema markup and listicle content.
