Turn coaches' podcast episodes into a week of posts
Run a service that notices each new episode of a coach's or consultant's podcast, writes up what was said and uses Claude to turn it into social posts, a newsletter section and a short video script. Everything lands in a shared Google Doc. Coaches pay a monthly fee.
The hard part: writing an AI prompt that sounds like each client, which the poster puts at about four hours per new client, and finding coaches who will pay a high monthly fee.
Who pays
Coaches and consultants with a podcast pay a monthly fee to have every episode turned into ready-to-post content. allymac81 says this kind of service sells at 1,500 to 2,500 per month, with AI costs under $5 per client per month. That poster projects $15K to $25K a month from ten clients, which is their own estimate, not reported sales.
How to build it
Watch the podcast feed in n8n
In n8n, set up a workflow that checks the client's podcast RSS feed (the public link podcast apps use to find new episodes) and starts when a new one appears.
Transcribe each new episode
Send the episode audio to AssemblyAI from n8n and get back a full written transcript.
Capture the client's voice
Collect the client's best past posts and newsletters and write a Claude prompt that matches their tone and phrases. Plan on a few hours per client to get this right.
Turn transcripts into posts
Have Claude Sonnet turn each transcript into three tweet versions, one LinkedIn post, one newsletter section and one short video script.
Deliver to a shared Google Doc
Have n8n add the finished content to a Google Doc shared with the client, so it is ready within a couple of hours of the episode going live.
Bill clients monthly
Set up a monthly subscription for each client with Stripe Payment Links.

allymac81 says AssemblyAI costs 37 cents per audio hour and Claude Sonnet costs roughly 22 cents to turn a 45-minute episode into five pieces of content. The poster says a service like this for coaches and consultants sells at 1,500 to 2,500 per month. They project ten clients on one n8n Cloud Pro plan at 60 per month bringing in 15K to 25K a month, with costs under 200. These are the poster's own figures. They add that the hard part is writing a prompt that captures each client's voice, about four hours per client.
