Reply to local businesses' Google reviews for a monthly fee
Watch new Google reviews for restaurants, salons, and other local businesses, reply in the owner's voice with AI, and text the owner right away about serious complaints. Owners pay a monthly fee and get a weekly report on what customers keep complaining about.
The hard part: landing your first local clients through cold outreach and keeping every reply sounding like the owner.
Who pays
Local business owners pay a monthly fee for done-for-you review replies, alerts, and a weekly complaint report. Posters suggest $200-500 a month for a review-recovery service and $300-1,500 a month for a wider Google profile package, and one product charges per resolved flag instead of per month. None of the sources report actual revenue, so this pricing is a suggestion.
How to build it
Find businesses with unhappy reviewers
Search Google Maps in your area for restaurants, salons, gyms, and dentists with many recent low-star reviews and few owner replies. Paste their reviews into Claude to list the most common complaints, and use that list in your pitch.
Get access to their profile
Ask each client to add you as a manager on their Google Business Profile so you can reply on their behalf.
Check for new reviews automatically
Build an n8n workflow that checks each client's profile for new reviews on a schedule and saves them to a sheet.
Flag serious complaints for the owner
Run each new review through a decision model (a fast AI that only makes yes/no or sorting calls) to sort it as routine, health complaint, or refund threat. Send the serious ones to the owner's phone by text or Telegram.
Draft replies in their voice
Give Claude the owner's past replies and tone notes, have it draft a reply to each routine review, then approve and post the replies yourself.
Send a weekly complaint report
Each week, have Claude group the new reviews into recurring complaints with one suggested fix for each, and email it to the owner. Bill the monthly fee through Stripe.

UnidentifiedAI suggests finding local businesses with terrible Google reviews, using AI to identify the common complaints, building a simple system that helps them respond, follow up, and recover unhappy customers, and charging $200–$500/month. The price is the poster's suggestion.
- Compinder · May 8, 2026
Compinder proposes a monthly package for local businesses that includes review response management, with Claude writing the review replies. The poster says a few clients at $300–$1.5K/mo can turn into a recurring service, which is a suggestion rather than reported revenue.
- polsia · Aug 11, 2026
polsia describes Repubell as a 24/7 AI reputation manager that catches a late-night Yelp review, replies in the owner's voice, and routes health complaints and refund threats to the owner's phone in minutes. The poster says it charges per resolved flag, not per month.
