Turn real estate agents' listing photos into narrated tour videos

Take the listing photos a real estate agent already has, turn them into a moving walkthrough video with a voiceover, and deliver it within a day. Agents pay per video, so they don't have to book a video shoot.

The hard part: getting busy agents to answer cold messages, and making every video look polished enough that they'll post it.

Who pays

Real estate agents pay a flat fee for each listing video, instead of paying a videographer for a shoot. The posters ask $250 and $299 per video, and one poster sells a self-serve app version for $10 in credits per video. None of the sources reports actual earnings, so a price in the $250-299 range is only a suggestion based on what the posters charge. You win clients by sending each agent a free sample made from one of their current listings.

How to build it

  1. Build one repeatable video process

Pick an AI video tool that brings still photos to life, such as Seedance 2.0, and practice on public listings until 6 or so photos reliably become a smooth walkthrough. Write the steps down so every video is made the same way.

  2. Add a script and voiceover

Paste the listing description into Claude and ask for a short walkthrough script that follows the photo order. Record it with an AI voice tool such as ElevenLabs, then add music and captions in a video editor like CapCut.

  3. Make free samples for target agents

Choose about 10 agents in one city and make one sample video from a listing each of them has live right now. That sample is your pitch, so no meeting is needed.

  4. Send the samples with a simple offer

Message each agent their sample, your per-video price, and a promise to deliver within 24 hours. Ask Claude to help you write a short message you can reuse.

  5. Take payment before each video

Create a Stripe Payment Link for one video and another for a monthly bundle, and send the right link when an agent shares photos. Deliver the finished file through Google Drive or Dropbox.

The poster says real estate agents spend $1,500-3,000 per listing video, and that they instead feed 6 listing photos to an AI pipeline and get back a narrated walkthrough in under 1 hour. They price it at $299 and offer the first reel free.

  • ZentrixHQ · Jun 14, 2026

ZentrixHQ describes making walkthrough videos from agents' photos in Seedance 2.0 and delivering them in 24 hours for $250, using one free sample from an agent's existing listing as the pitch. Their figure of $1,500/month from 3 clients at 2 videos each is a projection, not reported revenue.

  • SanjanaBandara · Mar 31, 2026

SanjanaBandara says they built an iOS app, Realty Reels, that turns a listing link into a narrated property video with captions and music, for $10 in credits and about 3 minutes. The poster says the average agent pays $200–$600 per listing for professional video, and that agents' videos are hitting 100K+ views. Both are the poster's own claims.
