Set up cheaper social media posting for small brands
Replace a small brand's expensive social media software with a simple custom setup, built with AI and n8n, that edits and schedules their posts. Brands pay a setup fee and a small monthly fee.
The hard part: connecting each brand's Instagram and X accounts through the platforms' official posting access and keeping the setup working as those platforms change.
Who pays
Small brands that pay for tools like Zoho Social pay you once to build their posting setup, then a small monthly fee to keep it running and make changes. No source reports revenue from selling this as a service, so this pricing is a suggestion.
How to build it
List what the brand posts
Ask the brand which accounts they post to, how often, and what their current tool costs. Note the features they actually use.
Connect the social accounts
Set up the brand's Instagram and X accounts with each platform's official posting access so posts go out directly, not through a paid tool.
Build the posting workflow
In n8n, build a workflow that picks up approved posts from a shared folder or Google Sheet and publishes them to every account at the scheduled time.
Add AI editing help
Use Claude to write captions, trim text for each platform, and draft a launch kit for new products. Use Claude Code to build any small video-editing scripts the brand needs.
Hand over and bill monthly
Show the brand how to add posts, then charge the setup fee and monthly plan through Stripe Payment Links.
