Set up automatic follow-up texts for clinics' forgotten leads
Many clinics get leads through their website form that nobody calls back. You build a text message workflow in their existing system that follows up automatically and books appointments, and the clinic pays a setup fee.
The hard part: getting clinic owners to give you access to their lead system, especially when an agency already manages it.
Who pays
Clinic owners pay a one-time setup fee for the follow-up workflow. TaimoorHassan42 reports charging only for setup in month 1, with no monthly retainer, and getting two referrals in month 2, but does not give the fee. Any setup price or optional monthly fee is a suggestion.
How to build it
Find clinics with website lead forms
Look for local clinics that collect inquiries through a website form and use a system like GoHighLevel to store them.
Look for leads nobody followed up
With the owner's permission, open their account and count how many form leads never got a call or text.
Write the follow-up texts
Use Claude to draft a short series of friendly texts that include a link to book an appointment.
Build the workflow in their account
In GoHighLevel, create a workflow that starts when a form comes in, sends the texts over a few days, and stops once the lead books.
Report booked appointments after two weeks
Count the appointments the workflow booked in its first two weeks and send the owner a short summary.
Charge setup and ask for referrals
Bill the setup fee through a Stripe Payment Link, then ask the owner to introduce you to other clinic owners.

TaimoorHassan42 says a clinic owner's GHL account had website form leads with no follow-up for 8 months. The poster says a $0 SMS automation built in about 20 minutes brought 4 booked appointments in the first week and 9 in the second, which is their own claim. They say month 1 was setup only with no retainer, and in month 2 the owner referred two more clinic owners.
