Sell online stores a steady supply of AI video ads
Use AI video tools to make short ad videos for online stores that run paid ads and need new ones every few weeks. These can be person-to-camera videos or animated styles like claymation. Stores pay per video or a monthly fee for a set number of new versions.
The hard part: making ads that look good enough to beat a store's current ads, and landing the first stores before you have any results to show.
Who pays
Online stores that run paid ads on social media pay for new ad videos, either per video or on a monthly retainer. Posters say brands pay $150 to $1,500 per video. One poster claims $2,500 to $8,000 a month per retainer. These are the posters' own figures, not checked sales. You win by delivering many versions of an ad, each with a different opening line or style, in days instead of weeks.
How to build it
Pick a niche and study ads
Choose one type of store, such as beauty or tech gadgets, and look through the Meta Ad Library to see which video ads those stores keep running. Note the opening lines and styles that show up again and again.
Write opening lines and scripts
Give Claude a store's product page and ask for 10 short ad scripts, each with a different opening line. Keep each one under 30 seconds.
Make the videos with AI
Turn the scripts into videos with an AI video tool, either one that makes a realistic person talking to camera or one that does animated styles such as claymation or Lego. Watch every video and redo any that look off.
Send a free sample ad
Make one or two sample ads for a store you want to work with and send them to the founder or marketing lead. Offer a pack of versions they can test against their current ads.
Sell per video or monthly
Charge per video for first orders and offer a monthly plan for a set number of new videos. Take payment through Stripe Payment Links.
