Turn sellers' plain product photos into studio shots with AI
Take the plain, kitchen-table product photos that small Amazon, Shopify and Instagram sellers use and turn them into studio, luxury and lifestyle shots with AI image tools. Sellers pay per image or per batch.
The hard part: standing out among many people selling AI photos and keeping each product looking exactly like the real item.
Who pays
Small online sellers and brands with weak product photos pay per image, per batch or for a monthly content package. realemmama says they charge $28 using AI, compared with the $400 Amazon sellers pay for product photos, and have done it for 8 months as a side hustle. That is the poster's own claim. Luminify_App turned the same need into a self-serve tool and reports its first $45 MRR.
How to build it
Practice on a few products
Use Gemini's image tool (Nano Banana) to turn ordinary phone photos into studio, luxury and lifestyle shots. Save the prompts that keep the product's shape, color and label accurate.
Find sellers with weak photos
Scroll Instagram and Facebook brand pages, small online stores and Amazon listings for products shown in plain or low-quality photos. Skincare, fashion and lifestyle brands are good places to start.
Send a free before and after
Take one of the seller's own product photos, make an upgraded version, and send both images with a short offer.
Set per-image and batch prices
Offer a per-image price, a discounted batch, and a monthly package for sellers who add new products often.
Deliver and collect payment
Send finished images through a shared Google Drive folder and charge through Stripe Payment Links before delivery.
