Sell act-or-skip alerts for one niche routine

Score each new event in one niche routine with a decision model (a fast AI that only makes yes/no or sorting calls), then send subscribers only the act or skip verdicts.

The hard part: picking a niche where the signal is clear and users keep trusting an automated score.

Who pays

The likely buyers are people who already spend time on the routine and want fewer alerts that have been filtered for them. They would pay a monthly subscription. This is our proposal and is unproven: the sources show the product shape and the tech, not paying customers.

How to build it

  1. Pick a routine and its data source

Choose one routine and connect its data feed. Use an odds API for sports bettors, a market data API for options sellers, or RSS for slower sources.

  2. Set rules and score each event

Write a fixed rubric of hard skips and flags, like the earnings and FOMC skip in the Finch example. Then set Jev, Cloudflare Clef-flash, or a local open model such as Laya or Kev to return an act or skip verdict with a confidence score.

  3. Check for new events automatically

Run a Vercel cron job or a small worker that polls the feed, sends each new event to the scorer, and saves the event and verdict in Supabase.

  4. Test your calls before charging

Paper-test before you charge anyone. Record the real outcome of each verdict in Supabase and check whether the high-confidence verdicts actually hold up.

  5. Send only the strongest alerts

Send only the high-confidence verdicts through Twilio, Telegram, or email. Fewer, sharper alerts take more work to produce, and subscribers find them easier to act on.

  6. Charge a monthly subscription

Set up a monthly subscription in Stripe so subscribers get the alerts on an ongoing basis.

A listing on the Finch agent marketplace, dated 2026-10-04, describes a 'Wheel-Strategy Option Desk' agent. It takes tickers plus cash or shares and gives every ticker a clear OPEN or SKIP verdict. It also runs a landmine check: earnings or FOMC in the window is a hard skip, and CPI, NFP, and PCE are flagged. The post states no price.

A Japanese-language article dated 2026-10-03 describes jev-trader. In this experiment, Jev received order-book state on a block cycle of about 300ms and chose buy or sell. The article says plainly that this does not prove profitability and should not be used directly for investment decisions. It only shows that a decision model can keep up with a fast loop without needing text.

A Bitroot article dated 2026-09-22 describes using confidence scores to decide what happens next. High-confidence results act automatically, medium ones wait for human review, and low ones are escalated. The same pattern works for alerts: send only the high-confidence verdicts.
